We are holding our 3rd Annual Apple Pie Baking Contest at the Expo! Judging begins promptly at 12 noon. If you would like to enter your best apple pie to be judged, please contact Expo Chair and EBBA President Rose-Marie Culp by September 8th for further details. Only 10 entries will be accepted.

Vendors must be a current paid EBBA Member, your space at this event is FREE with your paid EBBA Membership, and includes a 6 ft. table, pink tablecloth and two chairs under the grand white tent. Promote your business or organization any way you would like with displays, giveaways and promotional materials; individual FREE raffles are allowed at your table. Please Note: Free bottled water as a giveaway will not be allowed as we will be selling water to raise funds. Businesses may not sell products and non-profit members may only sell pre-approved items. You have the option of reserving a space under the main tent or provide your own canopy (max. size 10×10) on the Common. Please specify when reserving a table which space you would prefer. Placements are on a first come, first served basis and placement of your individual canopy will be at the discretion of the committee. It’s a great way to introduce yourself and your business to hundreds of potential customers who will pass through the tent.
Corporate sponsors are welcome and needed to help minimize the cost of the day’s activities! Would you consider sponsoring an event or portion of the entertainment? Your business will be recognized that day for all to see. Sponsorships help cover costs for activities such as Train, Ponies, Joe’s Crazy Critters, Book Parade, school flyer publicity, and more.
- $400 & $500 ~ a specific event or game has your name attached to it
- $200 ~ share an event or game sponsorship with someone else
- $125 ~ have your name on a sign and listed in our sponsorship listing
